About usSentier

The History
Sentier was born in 1980, as vegetable and pot finish plant company. In the 90s the company undertook the way of the specialisation in the production of young plants. In the 2000s it began to develop a research work, beginning on Cyclamen and afterwards in vegetative plants. From 2009 Sentier is introducing its Verbena series: Liga, Shangri-La and Eden. Today Sentier, led by the owners Michele Silvestrin and Romano Contessotto, has become a benchmark of quality and reliability, and it's one of the most important companies in the Italian view.

Petunie Sentier
Petunie Sentier
Sentunia 2.0 is the main series. It has been bred in Italy and therefore it is resistant to high temperatures. It presents a natural branching and a round habit. The flowering is very early.

Charms is the variant of Sentunia which includes bicolour and other differently shaded flowers.

PerlaNera is a compact series, with medium-size flowers and bicolour varieties.sentier.it/it/prodotti/green-life/petunia
Portulache Sentier
Portulache Sentier
Portulaca Stella is a breeding created by Sentier in order to be suitable for the Mediterranean climate. It is characterised by big flowers and bright colours.

Verbene
Verbene
Verbena Eden is a series with a round yet vigorous habit. Its flowers are big and with marked colours. It is resistant to powdery mildew.

Nausicaa is a very compact Verbena, which can be cultivated naturally, without the use of any plant growth regulators, also in greenhouses. It is resistant to powdery mildew.sentier.it/it/prodotti/green-life/verbena
